About us

Ertecna Lda are a manufacturer of photoluminescent safety products under the Sinalux, Everlux, Masterlux, Excellence by Sinalux and Excellence by Everlux brands. The company was established in October 1989 with the purpose of initiating the study, research and development of technologies applicable to the manufacture of photoluminescent safety products and their application within a specific area of the health & safety sector: photoluminescent (phosphorescent) safety signs and systems.

As a reference point within the fire safety market, Everlux manufactures high quality safety products as well as providing strong sales and technical support such as: training & software solutions for installers, architects, designers and prescribers of safety projects.

The company began exporting in 1992 and now supplies its products in over 60 countries around the world with permanent Sales Manager representation in Portugal, Spain, UK, France and Hungary.  The company expanded its production facilities into Brazil in 2005 to provide effective coverage for the South American market.

Everlux is wholly committed to the ongoing furtherance of effective and intuitive safety systems and as a result of our experience and noted expertise in the field of photoluminescent safety signs and systems the company is proud to be present on many local and International Norm Committees including:
